"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Love and One-itis

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

its hard to explain what the diffrence between the two are, but the best way to put it is like this.

if you made a list of a girl you were in love with as opposed to a girl you had oneitis with, about all the things you missed about her and wanted back.

you would find that on the love list you would be writeing things like "her laugh" "her smile" "her personality" etc..

and on the oneitis side

"her ass" "her lips" "her hair and sexy blue eyes"

oneitis is more of an infatuation with the physical aspect of a relationship which translates into lust. which is why the feeling of oneitis is gone once you start meeting new girls.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Love only comes when you're actually in a mutually happy relationshp with a girl.

One-itis only seems to apply when AREN'T in a real relationship with a girl, but, of course, you'd like to be. There's more room for obsessing and fantasizing because you have no feedback from the girl to keep your thoughts in check.
