"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Hey guys just wanted to give you a heads up at what happened over at t-nation. (nice site, good programs i guess)

Guy called Sterno posted a spreadsheet of lots of Chad Waterbury's workout's with links to his programs and stuff seriously good stuff (well i think at least...cause i'm newb lol)

anyway here it is
http://216.17.22.84/uploads/CW_Programs.zip

just sharing the love, if this isn't allowed i'm really sorry and delete this thread guys.

anyway once you guys have a read through it could someone please help me choose a program? i've been using Chad's TBT as you probably know but it's slow and gains have been really modest.

so i want a program that i can just stick to for a long time preferably a split but as long as it works....
and i'm more for the visual side of things...like visual > strength for me personally but strength is also nice but i'm talking lean muscle that is functional...

anyway have fun and if you can help me out~
thanks again~

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

objects scanned: 2
errors: 0

virus statistics:
NO THREATS FOUND.

what more do you want. its like less then 150kb. i seriously doubt the strength of any malicious software that is that small.

The size has absolutely nothing to do with what a program is capable of.

You can download all the .zips you want. It's just a container. Just don't run executable types (.exe, .bat, etc)

right cause a virus that is less then 150kb has enough data to self sustain itself. either way like Ruckus said though .zip, .rar they are containers. no harm downloading them jsut scan it yourself if you feel so insecure about it.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
