Hi guys

After a lot of help here on the forum in the past (under another username mostly) I have finally lost my virginity (at the age of 22 - going on 23 ) and entered into what I hope will be a long term relationship. I tried to steal this girl away from her previous boyfriend over a year ago, we went out a couple of times, she developed feelings for me but nothing further happend, she was hesitant to leave a 2 year relationship for someone she developed feelings for so quickly and she wasn't sure what I wanted from her (I was playing a lot of mind games back then).

Don't sweat it, she already likes you. All you really do is to keep your head out of your ass, and don't go all wuss again.

Maintain your frame and guard against complacency. The old AFC can creep back in when you start to get comfortable and IL can drop.

I got into a good LTR 3 years ago from this site's advice, and over those three years we gradually drifted squarely into the friend zone. It wasn't pure AFC stuff, just a lack of diligence on my part in maintaining the frame and state that I used to get her in the first place. She was guilty of the same toward me and my IL was dead as well.

Enjoy these first few weeks/months, and be sure to keep attraction high and your frame and state strong by refreshing yourself on DJ methods. I would recommend coming here and to ASF at least weekly and to skim the bible and some blogs on a monthly basis to keep you head in the game.

Well my 1year LTR just went down the drain because i returned to my AFC state, now she is back into the friends zone.

If you can't get anything better out of it, at least learn from your mistakes.

Just don't convert back to AFC and you should be ok, but don't be too ****y all of the time, you have to show some emotion every so often

If u wanna spice things up I remember I downloaded a Seymore Butts film about fingering and WOW. This is what you do.....Get her to lick ur fingers and such, add some foreplay, know go in with the index and the finger next to it ex:
