"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I'm not quite sure how to start this, i guess from the basic beginning.

I broke up with this girl about a month back, she gave the standard line of she didn't want to get involved in a relationship so you all know she had met someone else. While that pissed me off i said i was ok with it, mainly because i was ok and it was a good way for me to get some distance from her. And being friends with her is something i'd kind of prefer, she has some issues. So for a few weeks i was keeping busy living my life when i could, meeting people, and me and this girl spoke probably only once a week or so. She always got intouch and it was fun.

Now the problem came last week. She invited me to go with her to a party that her mate was holding, that didn't surprise me as she mentioned a few times she wanted to show me a few of the clubs around town. But i had to cancel yesterday due to an old friend coming into town that i hadn't seen in a long time. I didn't think she'd mind much seeing as there would be a lot of her mates there, but she was pissed. Talking about me pushing her to the side, that i must not want to be friends and saying goodbye. I txt her back soon after saying why i had to cancel, she replied saying i had promised to be there with her and i must obvisouly not be her friend to cancel on her. I must be stupid, i always thought friends were somewhat understanding... but granted i know i was in the wrong here. So i replied back saying is me going out of her life really what she wants. Why is it so important that i'm there.

I haven't heard from her since then, which isn't even a day ago really. But right now i want to txt her or call her, i find myself feeling that i can't live without her and i will fight to not loose her. What the hell am i supposed to do to keep her around?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

OMG -_-

She decided to be a b!tch about it, don't let that compel you to say sorry. You said the right thing..
So i replied back saying is me going out of her life really what she wants. Why is it so important that i'm there.
..so let her decide. You DO NOT NEED HER, you can live without her. There are many more girls OTHER THEN HER that you will meet and get to know, so instead of being a wimp about this particular one (which BTW doesn't like you), go find one that does.

Being a wimp is what i'm avoiding, and no matter how much i want to call her i'm resisting. She's not even the kind of girl i'd want to be around anymore to be honest... I thought i'd got over this, it's annoying.
