When I arrived Canada a change to my diet happen led to have some kind of belly not that big but still not fit . until a couple of weeks I decided to have BMI 15 , so I started a heavy program and almost lost my billy ( list 2 inch from my waist) which last time was in this size before 4 years .
What I noticed now , women are more open to me and doing eye contact, starting conversation with women become more easy , I can tell you loosing weight should be priority before building body, I feel like my small billy was one of the attraction killers . I am still on the program and aiming to loose around another 10Kg .
Although I was still getting women , but now the game seem more easier, so

My confidant has been boosted more than from what weight training did for me , I feel now like I am new man.

Join me in loosing wait and we can write update every week of how much being lost .
