“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

Look at the big picture. One weekend won't make much of a difference.

Keep the protein shakes for sure, and stabilize your diet whenever you like. Just understand that beer, steak, and coney for one weekend won't do much for you in the long run as far as weight gain goes, so just enjoy it :)

Get back to the rhythm of your new lifestyle whenever you feel like it.

By the way, congrats! that is no easy feat.

celebrating the buck's big win, huh?

depends on how much you use whey -- you definitely still want it for that big kick of protein right after a lifting session and maybe before/during if that's your thing. otherwise, your body might have plenty of calories laying around to get you through the week..... but generally you want to stick to your plan when you're on it, and treat vacations from it as vacations. one weekend can't kill all your hard work, just get back on track.

protein always goes down no matter what.

the excess calories/carbs/fats won't hurt you, they'll do you good.
