"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Losing weight while maintaining muscle mass?

Just after some advice ... I currently spend 4-5 days at the gym, doing only weight training. As a result, I have a reasonable amount of muscle mass, but also have a much higher body fat percentage then I would like.

I was wondering what the best approach would be for dropping weight, without losing too much muscular development. Should I just concentrate on cardio for the next couple of months with no weights? Should I do a combo of weights and cardio? Will maintaining a high protein intake help? Any advice would be appreciated.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Lift and do HIIT
Thank you for the advice.

Should I combine them in the same session, or did you mean do them on alternate days? If I was to combine them in the one session, should I lift first or do the HITT first?

I do lifting on Mondays, Wednesday and Friday and do HIIT on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

I find it best to do HIIT right after a lifting.

You shouldn't do HIIT more than 3 times a week. It's extremly hard on the body. If it was ok I would be doing it 3 times a week cause Im cutting and I love it.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Generalization...

It depends what fitness level you're at. Yeah when I started doing HIIT for tennis training, sure I started at 2 days a week. Now I'm levelled off at 5 days a week. Perhaps our intensity levels are different...What do you do for HIIT?

By the way, being hard on your body is how you get fit.

It is a fair point though ... I am strong but very unfit, so five days a week may be pushing it ... I was thinking maybe three days a week of HITT/weights (20 minute sprints with a 3/1 rest/sprint ratio) and one day of just weights ...
