Hey simple question..............

Would it be at all possible to lose 10kg/22 pounds in 16 or so days?

Also some tips on losing the weight would be helpful?

Depends on your currect BF%. If you're morbidly obese, sure it's possible. If losing 22 lbs would give you a 6 pack, keep dreaming.

Not in a healthy way, meaning you will get weaker and gain it all back very quickly, or quicker.
