I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I am starting to try to cut down and lose weight. I am 6'2 250 and I am trying to lose overall about 40 or 50lbs. After losing that much weight I would assume one would have a lot of lookse skin and it would look bad. Does your skin tighten up and not become loose if you lose the weight slower than just alot at one time or does it matter?

having lost 35 pounds or more of fat over a 12 month period in my mid 20s, let me be the first to say that you have more important things to worry about. like taking that fat off & keeping it off.

lifting weights helps fill out most of the skin, and also helps you moderate your fat loss. losing bodyfat slowly allows the skin to adjust more fully. stay away from crash diets unless you like the bassett hound look.
