Basically it means, get your looks up as high as you possibly can, and then forget about it and work on other areas of your life. This is the way to get the hottest girls you are genetically allowed to get. Sitting around wondering if you could get hotter girls if you look like a model is just wasted brain cycles. Unless you're going to get plastic surgery?

Yep... but looks in more than your face and body... it is how you dress and how you show up. Looks or appearance, which is a better word, will determine if a chick in the first minute of seeing you will decide you are fvckable.... If you dress well you will send status indicators, and that you spend money on clothes.... and if you are appropriately dressed, again this shows class and status. If she doesn't think you are 'fvckable' no amount of game is going to matter unless the chick is young or drunk.

Doc Love says that she has to have 50% interest level indicated by the physical attraction test. While this is true... I prefer to think of attraction as screening criteria, not 50% but on/off. pass/fail, go/nogo.

If you pass you are a C, B, or A. If you are a "C", then you have to run a solid game, and could take awhile. "B" you have a shot at banging her first date but could take 2 or 3 dates. "A".. well you should be able to make something happen 1st date. If you are a C or B, then you you can drive up her interest level by just acting like a man.

Without looks, she will ignore the guy or shut him down before he has a chance to run any game. Or if the guy’s looks are so so, she will at best downgrade him to a possible LTR provider guy and reject him for a ONS or casual sex arrangement.

If the girl is a gold digger type just looking to use him as a provider, that's one thing. But I disagree with the notion that a ONS that a woman discards immediately is of higher value to a woman than a guy that she actually wants to keep around (LTR) - that the LTR is lower on the hierarchy than a ONS.
