I have realized that I have a problem when I go out. Before I go I always make sure that I look the absolute best that I can, you know the hair, the pants, the shirt, and the attitude. But here lately I have been so consumed in the worrying about the way that I look that I can't relax and try and communicate with girls.

I guess I just think that as the night goes on that my hair will mess up or something of that nature and it will mess up my game.

you've gotta make sure you look good just once, and then not think about it the rest of the day

you've gotta work on this yourself..gotta progress..go out sarging one day without being fresh as you usually are..keep on doing that

Ok I have something else to add after I-am-someone gave me that link. When I don't fix my hair or think I look good, my self esteem goes down. I don't wanna see anyone or have face to face conversation with anyone especially women. So it would seem to me that if my self esteem goes down, then I'm not gonna look confident. And isn't confidence everything?
