"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I hate to beat this to death, and I don't suppose (yet another) spin on the looks debate will really change the minds of guys using looks as an excuse.. but here goes.

My interpretation of the looks issue for guys is that unless you have a look that works for you, the odds of women approaching you go down considerably. That is to say the odds a woman will intentionally place herself near you or immediatly try being in rapport with you will go down (in general and barring lots of other factors that might draw interest). Notice, I do not state that your success with women will go away, I simply state that all other things being equal getting rapport or approachability will be hindered to varying degrees. Before I started working harder on my appearance, I still had success with women but I did not have as many attempted approaches *by* women. It is also possible I just got better at signal recognition too (of course). I didn't have plastic surgery or anything here, I simply made some changes in grooming, wordrobe, etc.

SO what does this mean? It means in a class, women will try to set by guys who look "cool" or "interesting". They may not even be the best looking guys, but their look (a major body language component) is set up in such a way as to draw interest. That's all it's going to do is make things easier, if they are incredibly boring/lame/smelly/etc, they are still dead in the water. Guys without the best looks can still easily be very effective by managing everything else.

I know someone will undoubtly bring up the age issue, like it only applied to older, divorced chicks with kids. So let's say you're in HS, have you never seen an example when a chick was dating a guy due to him being a basketball player (since someone will bring up height, I'll say a guard ), liked by her friends, who his parents were, or how he acted despite the fact that he wasn't physically attractive? If you have to admit to even one of these, then you're already beginning to crumble the looks arguement in your own head.
So I set a little trap for you! Some of the things I used here aren't the best beliefs in their own right, so keep in mind we are just addressing the looks issue right now.

Biological predisposition issue is of course always coming up. I have to run now but can talk more on that later.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

The part preceding this part was pretty correct although just common sense, but here I really can't figure out what you are trying to say.
Are you drunk by any chance? Because the ideas seem to be totally mixed up, maybe it's clear in your head...

Let me explain to you my logic in the whole looks debate.

Let's say you're a great looking guy, who always gets eye contact from girls whenever you're out and about. Now since 90% of all the girls already acknowledge you just by your presence, all you have to do is approach, the girl is ALREADY interested in you. Once you initiate that conversation, you don't have to build attraction or anything, your looks already would have accomplished that. However, without the skills and knowing how to behave after doing the approach, your personality can still MESS IT UP. So this personality still counts even if you look good.

Now let's say you're the average looking guy. One who may get eye contact from a girl on occasion, but not often. When you approach a girl, your looks didn't get her attention or build any attraction, so now you're starting from complete scratch. You have to say something out of the ordinary and interesting to do what good looks have already done for the good looking guy. You must rely on your PERSONALITY.

So in the end, it does come down to personality. The personality can ruin it for the good looking guy, yet the personality can yield success for the not so good looking fella.
