"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Hi all

I've read numerous times that having stuff to do is a great way to improve yourself and well, I'm sick and tired of having nothing to do besides going out one or two times a week.

Currently I'm studying for the oncoming exams, so I can't start doing anything right now, but I'm basically making a "battle plan" with which I'll start next month to completely throw myself in another direction.

At the moment I'm working out at home, I have some weights, barbell, dumbbells and a bench, but I'm thinking about joining the gym. I'm not sure about this though as I have all the equipment at home, but will join if I don't see enough improvement.

For the other hobbies. I'm living in a country where this isn't much to do. Skydiving or rock climbing does appeal very much to me, but this isn't really an option as the majority of this country is flat and I would have to drive to far to perform this hobby.

Basically I'm looking for adrenaline packed hobbies, sports like soccer won't do.

I'm aware that a hobby is something personal and what you will like, another person won't. But I'm just looking for stuff of which I would have never thought. My agenda needs to be packed! If I have a day which is packed and have to rush from one thing to the other I feel alive and, most important, confident.

Thanks.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

From my time doing Karate I found that pretty good, bit of an adrenaline rush too once you start sparring with people.

And maybe try biking. You can make your own ramps, courses and give it a go.

Or you could collect stamps.

try fencing...it's one of the few sports where the average "weekend warrior" gets a chance to compete against and interact with the best in the world when you go to national tournaments. I've fenced against olympians, world championship finalists and multiple time national champions...also never met a chick that didn't dig that, .

Midbrain Dopamine Receptor Availability Is Inversely Associated with Novelty-Seeking Traits in Humans

You will mature out of this as your testicular androgen production declines in your late 20s. Very likely you will suffer adrenal fatigue which will adversely impact your adrenal production of androgens as well.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

This is how I am, I love beaches and everything around. Unfortunately, I live miles away from the coast and that coast s*cks.

Thanks for the stuff posted, gonna have a look into it.

More are welcome!
