Well said mate. I'm not actually going to cheat, I'm at a point where I'm not ruled by sex and hunting new women like I used to be. I'm just now debating whether to end this relationship now or just continue going through the motions while I continue to self-improve. I was close yesterday to just ending it with her to preserve my own emotions and mental exhaustion.

Also, I've been debating internally whether to tell her the true reason or to make up some excuse. She can't change her past so what's the point of shaming her (again)?
