"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I look real good when I'm not smiling. However when I smile my face gets real wide and my features don't look as good. Does anyone else have this problem? I know it doesn't matter that much but it still drives me crazy sometimes.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I have the exact same problem.
Without smile my face is very angular, but it goes away when I smile.

However, I found a way to smile that keeps my face looking angular.
Theirs hundreds of way to smile, experiment in front of a mirror and see which one fits you best.
Some example variations:
-show bottom set of teeth or just the top
-wrink the skin are you eyes or keep it smooth
-lift your cheek up or lift out to the side
-vary how big your smile gets.
-ect,

Geez, it's just a smile. Smiling should be natural, not forced. Girls can detect a fake smile.

Remember, recognizing a smile is one of the first things a person learns as a baby.

if you think you have a bad smile there is nothing wrong with practicing to make it look better so when they do smile they can smile the best way to make them look good and it will be natural

So you are saying a false smile is worst than no smile?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Ok?

When I don't show my teeth it looks MUCH better, but my cheekbones are wide and my face loses the "perfect" oval shape when my cheekbones go out.

How about all you AFCs quit worrying about if your smile looks bad or not? Unless you have meth-addict teeth.

Or if you look like Jaws (From 007....or the damn fish) :D

The average guy with a great smile and insecurity issues will still have trouble with girls because of insecurity issues. Ive seen the nerdiest guys with some of the hottest chicks wearing nothing but caution tape or chain mail at those D&D Conventions (Gen Con) Go there sometime this summer and tell me that looks matter that much to hot girls. If youre real interested its in Indianapolis now instead of Milwawkee. Im kinda thinkin about goin again.

I have this problem too, as I have fairly chubby cheeks (it was worse during the days when I was fat). I'm skinny now but the face is a problem, as I have tiny eyes my chuby cheeks makes my eyes look like slits. My trick is to smile only SLIGHTLY. Your cheeks should only move like 1/2 a cm upwards.

Though I look quite good doing a bigger smile when I'm close up though.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
