Start with your issues in life. You're not in a position to be a catch for a woman. You need professional help, either medicinal or cognitive. Start with the core and work outwards.

Read the DJ Bible and act on it. Go to the gym 6 days a week. Get a great job or any jobs. Join a club and volunteer. Become excellent at a hobby. If you health insurance or can afford it go to therapy. Cognitive or psychotherapist.
