Long Term, Long Distance...questions

whats up guys this is my first post although i've been a dj for some time now...great stuff! anyhow, i've been dating this chick for about a year now...right now doing the long distance thing, i'm at college and she's joining me here next semester. we see eachother about once every 2-3 weeks cuz she lives only one major city away. but we keep in constant contact on the phone and such, but i'm still keeping to my DJ ways, being a challenge, busting on her etc...however the last few weeks i don't know whats up...like i'm being too much of a challenge or something. when i talk to her on the phone she just seems really sad and distant...naturally i get sorta pissed off cuz she's also being half *****y, pulling lots of tests...i think she thinks i might cheat on her or something cuz she visited me and i'm in a dorm with all girls on my wing ;) hehe...so yeah now today, Valentines Day...she gets all depressed and talked about "seeing all the couples together holding hands and she doesn't have anyone to do that with"...then i threaten to end the relationship if she doesn't snap out of it and she freaks out saying how she doesn't want anyone else and really wants this to work...anyway she still is totally interested in me...text messages all the time...calling whenever she can its just strange behavior for her...maybe the pill is getting to her hormones...ugh any thoughts guys??? thanks alot!!!

This relationship sounds good as she will be coming to college where you are.

She'll meet lots of hot new guys there so keeping the challenge and zest of the relationship alive is imperative to avoid any future promiscuity on her behalf.

If she's sad because she's distant from you, that isn't all bad! It's good to be missed.

yeah i guess you're right bro...its just that this is kind of odd behavior for her....like she just gets really short and choppy...you know the one liner replies or just the dryness sort of when you crack i joke...i dunno she's making me try harder which is bs

It sounds like she's going through some sort of phase. Don't talk to her so much, that can be easily over-done to where you guys are constantly rehashing the same subjects over and over creating boredom.
