"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I feel unmotivated and depressed. i think im sinking back to my loner stage.

about a year ago i was positive as **** and higly motivated, joined a gym(hit the gym 2-3x a week), dressed well, gained 15lbs of muscle, found a part time job, meeting people & making friends/acquantances. got my license. Applied for Disney Internship @ florida (im sure most of u know this), but got rejected. But before all this i wasnt too social and was a big loner.

Then slowly everything is falling apart on me throughout this year.
what things you ask?
well over the summer i've lost weight 5lbs.
now i weigh 125lb @ 5'10"
My job eventually got easy and too comfortable (at times it gets boring there)
The group of friends i hung out with since h.s. (we usually hang out on fridays), i stopped talkign to them, why u ask?? well #1 theyre big AFC's and never try anything new which im usually up for, plus there's this one dude i nthe group who kept trying to put me down by saying random **** about me every so often, they do the same stuff all the time and i dont have anything in common to talk to them about, neither do they. now i wear the same clothes all the time. and some other friends i met throughout school, i dont hang out with them anymore, but did a couple times in the past.

this is now:
I hit the gym 1x a week and thats on friday cuz i aint got **** to do, and honeslty i practically dont have much of a social life. Except each weekend i head out to the park and play soccer.
I still have one good friend i met last year( he's 25), usualy he's not up for hanging out, but drinks yes. If i was legally able to go drinking he'd ask me to go. but i have been at bars a few times so far with the soccer pppl. The several ppl i have played pool with (including my friend) they usually dont want to play with me again cuz my skill level is higher.

Anyway what triggered this is, today after today's soccer game, these 2 dudes as usual are ranting about themselves to these 2 other girls, talkin about how ****in drunk they got and **** and themz going drinking, partying all the time. Most of the soccer players are from mid to late 20's and older. I dont have much to talk about to them, cause my social life sucks, and nothing new is really happening in my life, same old ****.
So after the game i just went to the pool hall and played solo, which is probably my first time ever.

now my life mostly consists of school, work, gym. TV after i get home. and soccer weekends.
I'm feeling like an old man, and sinking back into a stage of being a loner. I dont even talk to girls as much as i used to, it's been a long time since i asked a girl out. the gym thing, im trying to get back on track, by eating more daily and try to sleep earlier.
Plus making friends hasnt been easy for me lately, asking them shows desperation, and there's only limited stuff i could probably go do with them, usually nowadays no one has the time to do anything, or they might not want a friend.

Funny thing is when i got home, this thought popped into my head: me going to europe next year, to see more of the world, once i complete my associates. (im not really certain if i want to go on to my bachelors.)

any of you have had something similar happen, and how you got out of it?? possibly visiting some other continent cured you?

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

This has always been my point, on some level you simply dont have it in the hips. You can ACT it for a while but you dont embrace it. I see the problem being on a deeper level, your comfort zone. I also believe that many of you are simply chasing that LTR and trying some DJ tricks to get her. You are 20 and hangin our in this site.

I always saw this site as a place for DJ's and wannabe DJ's to sharpen their saw, get over a rough patch, ask help eluding to a particluar analogy, NOT a "I simply dont have it in the hips at all, please make me a better man" joint.

There are a lot of haters in this site and a lot of talk, not much action. YOU have to WANT to change, not for that ellusive LTR, but for the rest of your LIFE. One last thing, nearly every married/LTR guy will agree.........it aint what you have cracked it up to be, it really isn't. HAVE FUN, enjoy life and OWN your life, somehow get that past your eyes and into your brain, it is THE only way you will ever change.

You simply cant get "a but" pregnant.

Whoa man calm down with the negative talk.

When you keep thinking about how much stuff sucks your going to keep finding validation for it and keep feeling bad.

There times when many if not all of us go through these down periods and yeah they can be tough to break if you don't go about it right. Here some things to do.

* Starting working out again and bulk up. You did it before so do it again. Get an account on the bodybuilding.com forum and post your diet and workout log there so people will comment on it and give you advice...it'll also keep you motivated.

*Smile and put on happy body language and you'll actually start feeling better believe it or not.

* Join some sort of martial arts/boxing/ self defense class....this is an awesome place to meet people and it'll raise your confidence a lot.

* Plan out some sort of a trip like you said. It doesn't even have to be anything big like that, going camping always sets me at peace.

* Get back into old hobbies and find new ones.

* Watch some cool movies like fight club, raging bull, catch me if you can, james bond movies, gladiator, lord of the rings, etc just something that'll take your mind of thinking negative....Also watch something funny or listen to some funny ****. Laughing is always good.

*Read some books like Think and Grow Rich, Mindlines, 48 Laws of Power and also hit up a p2p network and do a search for Tony Robbins and listen to some of his stuff.

*Get back in the field and approach hb's, force yourself through it if you have to.....i can give you some exercises if you'd like, but make it a daily habit or at least do it 4 days a week.

*Figure out what you want from life...doesn't have to be perfect just write down stuff you want....ex a house, car, wife, children, fun times to look back on whatever it is just write it down. Then go back to it every so often and make changes etc to it. Its just a good idea to have some kind of idea of where you want to go even if its still vague.

You can email me if you'd like

Hey dude, you are on the right track. Think nothing but negative thoughts. Worry about EVERYTHING, and I dont mean just the big stuff either. There are tons of things to get yourself worked up over, so leave no avenue unexplored!

Also, eat poorly, don't exercise and remember to feel nothing but shame for your dirty sexual thoughts. In fact, carry a 9 volt battery around with you and every time you think a happy or pleasurable thought, remember to shock yourself by licking the terminals.

Umm..what else...Oh yeah. Post here as much as humanly possible. You are not a true DJ till you get 20 posts a day!

Carpe Diem.

Ninja did yur mom turn you down for sex again? She's married to your brother, leave her alone already....... don't be so hard on yourself bro, you hit a bump thats all.....but you still gotta make it your job to change your thinking first and foremost, make that your #1 job

set goals for yourself.....if you wanna go to europe make that your motivation to improve your career/school objectives so you get more money

don't worry about what those older chumps who go to the bar scene every weekend.....i'm 22 and i'm already getting sick of going to bars, it's gay and it gets REAL old REAL fast, their always crowded on the weekends and filled with 90% complete toolbags with weak game like Ninja Pimp. and i can almost GUARENTEE whatever stories they tell are exagerated to make them look good cus thats what guys do, exagerate to masterbate their social ego. Besides, like they've never hit a bump in the road like you have....F*ck what they have to say and focus on yourself and your situation........THINK FOR YOURSELF and whatever happens avoid desperation and neediness at whatever cost......fight those thoughts off with ALL of your might and stay strong

I think that getting a bachelor's is almost essential in today's world. Even if you don't intend to go into the corporate world.

Anyway, seeing more of the world is a very good idea. You should look into NGOs (non-governmental organizations) like the Peace Corp or Amnesty International, for example - they are always dispatching people to Latin America, Asia, Africa, etc. Obviously those foreign posts wont' be a vacation, and it might not even always be pleasant - after all you're going to 3rd world countries - but the sense of confidence, accomplishment, and self-worth you gain from doing something positive and constructive just might give you that fresh breath of inspiration and socialization (training to be outgoing, etc.) you need - not to mention valuable work skills (organizational, etc.) you will learn. Good luck.

One of the reasons why this board rocks!!
thanks for the heads up guys.

Effort: You made some good points there. I have always wanted to go hiking/camping, but unfortunately i dont have a car, nor know anyone that would want to go. but if given teh chance i would go. martial arts i have considered in the past but didnt because i couldnt jam it in my schedule with school/work/gym...Possibly when i quit my job in december, i will go into martial arts.

thefonz: They probably do overexaggerate, which is a shame. since there are tons of girls that would believe their bull****.

I really needed to hear that. I know a lot of your life is based around how much you make of it and how far you push yourself. I know lately i havent been pushing enough, and i know i've been lazy and slacking of a lot. I've been off focus with my goals lately.
ill try to get back on focus. and try not to flood you guys with my rants again :)

i know once i get my **** together, everything'll be all good.

oh and btw, i will definitely make an effort to visit other countries.
All my life i've been stuck in ny, being somewhere new would definitely add to my experience.
