Localized fat

Hi guys,

I´m skinny but I still have localized fat, I don´t have any idea of why this is. I almost don´t eat junk food, because of oily skin acne.

Could it be bad digestion because of eating constantly too fast?

Need help, now that the summer is here. I got some decent muscule, but now for beach I would like to get ride of this.

It's hormonal. Read up on insulin and how it responds to your diet.

You can still have a crap diet even without the junk food based on the carbs you eat.

Thanks, could it be too much white rice? I feel always my plate with race, even at dinner.

You feel your plate? I think you mean "fill" as in to put stuff in it instead of "feel" as in to touch and caress.

And yes, white rice would have a very large effect because it's quick to digest. It's all right to eat with sushi and vegetables because the vegetables are mostly fiber and water and slow down the digestion process and you don't get that insulin spike.

Read more on insulin and what it does. It's the most important hormone in the body. For bodybuilding, it's even more important than testosterone.

This is very simple.

If you have weight that you want to lose, then you need to eat less fat and eat, in total, fewer calories than you are currently consuming.

Food in must be less than energy burned to lose weight.

It really is that simple. You don't need to know much about metabolism to lose weight.

You do if you want to control the insulin response. What you eat is as important as how much you eat. Some of us have stronger genetics so it doesn't matter, most of us are skinny fat with "regular" food like breads and sweets and sugary drinks.
