"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Some girls are sensitive to that kind of stuff. Best not to approach that subject unless you can articulate it in a more humorous manner.

I know it can be a neg of some sort but being polite works too.

ehhhh.....can and can't work. In my book, there's nothing wrong with insinuating a chick is old. It depends on the chick I guess on how direct you can be about it. Next time try: "oh, I thought you were younger." Can seem like a compliment but in reality you're stating she may be too old for you....which now makes you a challenge.

But when it comes to the cougars then feel free, they know they're old so a young buck like you making light of it is actually a good thing.

No more keyboard jockeying . Action is the place.
pft you guys are thinking to seriously! Ill call a girl old even if shes fvcking 22, its all about the delivery and body language. If you did it with some seriousness to it, youre screwed. Doing it playfully will get you that "wuuuauaaaat" sparkly eyes with a smile look.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I wouldn't risk it, most girls are very sensitive about their age. Some guys have that natural playful personality where the girl knows that you're kidding and you can pull this off. But most guys cant pull off a neg on the subject of age.
A better way to ask a girl for her age is "You look young, how old are you?"

I asked for age once and she was 2 years older than me (she was 24, I was 21). Didn't expect that, but somehow I just responded with "oh" in an indifferent fashion. So that effectively let me get information and bypass difficult questions. Did fvck her.

Judging anything personal about a woman is a bad move, unless you manage to instantly make it obvious to her that you're kidding.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
