"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Well guys, after going out to the club every weekend, meeting tons of women. I finally have a date set up for friday night. The girl wants me to meet her back out at the club down in the city. And then, after the club, we are going to go for a walk down through the strip district (Where all the shops, bars, and restaurants are at). I must say, it's been a while since I have actually been out on a date, I've just been concentrating on meeting girls these past few months, so I feel a bit nervous now that it's time to actually go out with one of these girls. I've dated lots before, but for some reason, since I've been out of the dating scene for quite a while, I feel clueless again. So basically, I'm just asking for some tips and advice. This girl seems like a classy, intelligent girl, and not a slutty one (Which is usually the type I meet at the club). So is it safe to go for some kissing and stuff on the first date? Or do you usually hold off to build anticipation? Lately, I feel like a DJ when it comes to approaching/pickups, but I still might turn into an AFC out on a date. So somebody snap me out of it!

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Stop focusing on her so much. Focus on having fun with her just along with the ride. Enjoy yourself and all will work itself out.

If she agreed to a date with you then she decided way back that you are a potential lover. There's no question, try to kiss her.

next time, don't agree to go out to a club to meet her. clubs are bad places for dates. lots of distraction, lots of potential ****blocking.........just think, you could turn around and she could be grinding her azz on someone else.

your puirty much there as a security blanket.

Nevermind

The best thing just happened to keep me from being nervous now. One of the other girls I met in the past few weeks finally gave me a call, I gotta tell ya, that works wonders. I feel like I'm not going to be AFC at all on my upcoming date cause that made me think "Hey if this one don't like me, theres another one I'm already talking to!"

Great! Thanks guys. Don't worry you helped too.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

it's natural to be nervous.

just be yourself.

don't go out of your way to appear anything you're not, it'll come back to bite you in the ass.
