"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Was talking to someone who did pick up about alpha behavior. I said that if you are unaffected by another dude and made fun of him then he would look bad. If he can't return your jeer at him or sounds like an idiot when he trys to come up with something witty, then i would have won the battle. Am i correct?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

In theory, yes you would have won that "battle" but the person who is alpha is the person with the strongest frame. Sometimes looking at the person with a look of disapproval and not even responding makes you look alpha because you above his childish games.

Not necessarily. It's one good way to look at it I guess. But some guys try to talk crap to me and if it I don't like it alot of the time I will just ignore and turn my back on them and it makes them shut up usually and them look like idiots.

It's kind of like saying to them "you are a social retard why would you say something like that".

But be careful, don't do this on a guy who is actually aggressive and wants to fight, you don't want to be sucker punched.

Or sometimes somebody will say something to me that I actually find quite funny and I can't help but give it to them that it was pretty good. And it doesn't seem to effect my standing.

It's hard to take anything and say "always do this" because sometimes it doesn't apply. Just don't become the idiot who goes around giving everyone crap for no reason to make yourself feel good, it has the opposite effect except to maybe young, impressionable people.

The problem is you could take the same things I do and try to use them as a 'technique' and not have it work if your beliefs and confidence are not there.

in my opinion, alpha males don't have the need to establish dominance over another guy. the only time you disrespect somebody is when he disrespects you first, then you stand up for yourself like a man. you don't just go trolling on people just so you can feel like you have bigger penis, that's insecure and beta. honestly if someone disrespects me, i would be ready to fight, although i be scared sh!tless in my head haha. so don't go around disrespecting people for no reason.
