List what you have in your 6 meals a day for cutting so I can add some variety to mine. I went grocery shopping today and this is what I have prepared for tomorrow:

Meal 1: oatmeal, orange, 4 egg whites, multivitamin

Meal 2: chicken breast, 1 slice of wheat bread

Meal 3: MetRx Protein Bar

Meal 4: salad, can of tuna

Meal 5: 1 slice of wheat bread w/ natural peanut butter, strawberries

Meal 6: salad. chicken breast


I have a hard time doing variety. I think the main thing is that I have never tried protein shakes. Some people knock out that first meal with just a whey protein shake. I no nothing about them.

So what do you guys eat for your 6 meals when cutting? Thanks
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

1. 2 egg
small bowl oatmeal
small bowl bran
espresso
small oj

2. banana/peanutbutter

3. pork rice and beans (this is lunch out...only eat 1/3 of rice)

4. 1 or 2 bite size snickers apple/peanutbutter

5. salmon
brown rice
salad

6. very small bowl of bran
can of tuna


everyother day I juice 3 or 4 carrots. I am still experimenting but the cutting is going well so far. I am dropping about 1 lb per week which is good for me as I only have a small layer of fat in the gut that I am trying to lose.

3. 50 gram piece of grilled chicken, assorted veggies, Glucorell-R for ALA

4. protein shake w/ no-xplod

5. Protein shake w/ maltodextrin + dextrose

6. 2 cans of tuna w/ canola oil mayo, Glocorell-R for ALA

7. protein shake before bed, animal pack multivitamin

5'9 217 8% BF *ON EPHEDRINE/CAFFEINE/ASPIRIN
