The point of this thread is to get all the stuff you can do to up your testosterone. Basically making you more confident, more likely to auto approach and make you more sexual. I'll start it.

Stop masterbating (once a week) Never do it to porn... list goes on....

Estrogen blockers, there are many cheap all natural extracts on eBay that block estrogen.

You have to be compfortable with your sexuality. Pop a bone in from of girl you just met type of compfortable.

Thinking that you are about to have sex increases testosterone levels, mentally having sex with hotties you meet and not getting relieve creates sexual tension. For this you need previous, being compfortable with your sexuality.

No fetishes which are unacceptable by society. In other words no sexual hung ups. If you cant be open about it then dont do it.

Not sure if this will work but if you do Kegels daily it will increase your blood flow to that region which will cause you to get wood throughout the day way more often.

I dont know for sure, Im guessing, as it just happens to me. First part of the morning Im up for it, now I just want to lay down, close my eyes, and thinking about anything but fvcking a b1tch.

Hungry: when you hungry or tired you want to eat and rest, instead of think about chicks. I even get a fear of approaching and this nervous sweat.

Sleep: when you dont sleep you are tired, no drive as above.

A 2001 study[2] examined the effect of a 3-week period of sexual abstinence followed by masturbation-induced orgasm. It found that abstinence over such periods "does not change the neuroendocrine response to orgasm but does produce elevated levels of testosterone in males."

A 2003 study[3] showed that serum testosterone levels reach a peak seven days after abstaining from ejaculation.
