"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

The only way that movies changed my life is the aggravation they cause by being so bad and how fat I got while sitting there trying to be inspired by trite bullsh1t like Fight Club, which was nothing more than a "haha look dudes are getting punched i bet that hurts" movie, not an inspiring greek tragedy to go around quoting ad nauseum.
so what inspires you then?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

damn that's funny LMS.

But if I am, then leave me alone and don't forget to leave the blue pill on the table. Does it really matter if bliss is real or fake?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

i cannot believe no-one has mentioned:
oceans 11,12 or 13, im well and truly shocked lol
the matrix and fight club are also both amazing movies which show manliness.
Any james bond film shows DJism and vin diesel in the fast and the furious or XXX both show extreme masculinity

"Rudy" changed my life. It gave me motivation to go back to college and finish. Thanks Rudy! It did nothing for my love life though. ha

Let me add "A River runs Through It". If you want to do something manly and peacful, take up fly fishing. I love it.

For masculinity; Highlander, Kickboxer

Testosterone boosters: The Football Factory, The Firm, Green Street, most of the Bristish football films really.

I can't think of any 'changing your life' films that haven't already been said, except for maybe Kidulthood, and This Is England.

Man, I can´t believe nobody mentioned "Butterfly effect".

This movie is do deep and raises so many questions. The guy was obsessed over a girl and tried everything possible to get her back, only to find himself in worse situations later on.

"Second intentions" shows the dark side of seduction.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Ditto on the Butterfly Effect. Did you see the Director's ending? Now, that is an ending. The theatrical one was terrible.

And do you mean, Cruel Intentions with Ryan Phillippe?

Did you seriously add ROCKY FIVE?!?!?!?!??! Are you kidding me?!?!? Rocky 12346 are pantheon films but 5?!?!?

The list is great though. You know I watched 2001 and Apocalypse now for the first time the same evening right after graduating high school. My head's been messed ever since.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I haven't read the whole thread, but just the first page is full of awesome movies plus plenty I haven't seen before so I sure will be adding these to my list of movies to rent.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
