what kind of order is she getting and why?
When I called her back her friend picked up and said I was stalker material and that she said Lindsay told her dad about me and her dad said she should get a restraining order. She lied. She said she didnt date and didnt have a bf. So a week ago when I tried calling her her bf picked up and said he would hunt me down and beat the sh*t outta me. She hasnt been dating him that long. hes a QB for QUincy U too. Shes the starting soccer goalie. I guess she likes sports players. Also since Quincy is over state lines him threatning me is a federal offense. If I had to appear in front of the judge in regards to a restraing order should I tell him about her bf threatning me over state lines?
