"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I think I read something once saying it's not good to mix up a whey shake and let it sit for too long, maybe it starts to break down, not sure. Would it affect it any to mix it up the night before, leave it in the fridge. It would sit for about 10 hours max.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I've "heard" that letting a whey shake sit for awhile is not a good thing. Milk curdles very quickly. The fridge may be a solid place to put it for a few hours, but what's the point? It takes 30 seconds to make.

Why would you have milk in the shake?

4 raw eggs+2 scoops whey+some water, that will last the whole day. Just give it a shake before you drink it.

I wake up at 6 tow rok out and leave at about 6:15. Id like to drink about half of the shake before I go but it would just be much easier to make it the night before. Im usually not motivated to do much of anything before the sun comes up.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Personally I make shakes every day for work and they don't spoil (although I do keep them chilled in a lunchbag with a cold pack in it, then in the fridge when i get to work). I also called and checked with customer service with whom I buy my protein from and they said it would be no problem as they said it takes a long time for their protein to break down (didn't give me exact figures). That said after I make my shake in the morn it gets eaten that day but usually 6-7 hours later and I've never had a problem.

Ingredients may be a factor however I'm not sure. As such I'll share what I usually put in mine:
1/2cup oatmeal, 3-4eggs, tsp psylium seed husk, & 2 scoops whey.

I also substitute veggies (carots, brocolli, or green beans) for the oatmeal when I work late tuesday nights.
