Where do I begin? Well, for starters Id like to welcome you all to my journal! This is going to be an indefinite documentation of my journey to be the best goddamn man I can become. I have about 5 major goals that I want to complete over the next 1-2 years, and I believe that it is necessary to track progress and constructively criticize my endeavors! So here I am, and I am ready to begin the arduous journey ahead of me!

I am going to state my goals and explain how I plan on tackling each one, and every day I will come and track either my progressions or digressions for each goal. I will also comment on the positives and negatives of my actions each day.

First I’d like to explain that I have a problem with sticking to goals for more then 2 weeks. I am an extremely motivated person and I do truly want the best for myself but whenever I plan a goal it usually starts of strong then the action dies down. This is going to be the hardest step in the achievement of my goals. I need to ACT on my goals until I complete them!

This, I believe will be the single most important change in my life, when I finally manage to act on my goals and follow through until completion. Because it will ultimately make me a stronger and more well rounded man with CORE confidence instead of fake confidence.

So with out further ado, here are my goals!

1. Gain 15-20 pounds of muscle by 2015
2. Get a 4.0 GPA
3. Get to a point where I reject women. Basically, become a full-fledged Don Juan.
4. Read 1 hour a day
5. Learn to play the guitar
6. Maintain impeccable hygiene

How I plan on tackling each goal set out!

1. I plan on going to the gym 4-5 times a week (mostly 5, but sometimes 4 because of school), and following through on a rigorous diet plan that will have a caloric surplus in order to gain muscle mass. I MUST HIT MACROS. I might add that this has probably been the hardest thing for me to do because I’m fairly skinny and don’t have much of an appetite, so its very hard for me to force feed. Over the past year over working out I’ve only gain maybe 10 pounds, which is literally disappointing.
2. Go to every class and listen attentively, and take rigorous notes. Also read all of the chapters I get assigned. Study relentlessly. Ask for help when I need it. Last semester I got a 3.13 GPA I really need to bring it up.
3. How I’m going to tackle this goal will be a full out post on its own. So stay tuned.
4. Find books that are interesting. Have a designated time to read. Read on the bus to school.
5. Play for 30 minutes each day, and study how to play tabs.
6. Brush my teeth 3 times a day. Floss. Have a clean room. Have a shower in the morning. Wash face and moisturize. Deodorant. Clean clothes. Clean room. In fact clean everything.

Okay so basically this is it for now, I am going to write another post after the gym explaining how I plan on achieving the Don Juan way of life. And for here on out I MUST write in my journal EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I want to become an independent man who is looked up too, and the only way to do that is to be able to accomplish the goals that one sets out to accomplish. So this is my journey to becoming that man. That is my ultimate goal. To be mentally, physically, emotionally, psychologically, and socially successful and I will not stop until I get there!!!

Peace!

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Whats up yo! today is day 2 of my journal!

It is not going to be that interesting of a post. I'm just going to document what i plan on doing today, But seeing as I have a SH*T ton of school work to complete the bulk of this post is going to be about that.

So yesterday was pretty productive, I went to the gym and killed it like usual, and my diet was consistent, I hit my macros and my caloric surplus. I was going to do school work last night but got invited to my brothers house and decided to kick it instead as there is usually girls that chill at his house. Unfortunately there was none last night, so we all just chilled and got food and played video games. I was offered alcohol but I am making a conscious effort to eradicate substances out of my life! The only time I will drink is the odd occasion when I go to a big event. Even then I would rather kick it sober.

So today I am going to hit up the gym again, and get my macros in. Persistence is KEY.

I am also going to be finishing up this assignment for this course I have, Philosophy of human sexuality :p So I will not go to sleep or do ANYTHING else until I have completed this summary.

After that I have 3 chapters I have to read that are mandatory for my next lectures so I will get through them and make notes. If by chance there is still some time left in the day I will go through another couple chapters, so Ill be ahead of the game!

But before that I want to practice the guitar a little bit! 30 minutes.

I have a date with a girl from my school on Tuesday, we've been chilling lately and kissing each other. Only problem is she commutes to school and so do I but our houses or like opposite directions from the school. She lives fairly distant from me. How am I going to bed this girl??

Other than that, nothing epic is happening today really.

Things to think about today:

Stay positive!
Smile and laugh
Be a fvckin boss
learn to not get upset at the little things. For that matter, don't get upset at all!

Goals for the upcoming week

Approach AT LEAST 1 girl
stay consistent with gym and diet
take ruthless notes in class

aight, that it for now DJ's

have a fantastic day brahs!

If you're in school, park your car FAR away from the building, so you have longer to walk. Use that walk to chat up ANYONE near your (guy or girl) as a way to "warm up" socially. If you do this for even one week, you will improve DRAMATICALLY. That will help you get into a social mood that will set you up for your one approach.

Day 3 of journal!

Quick change of plan you guys!

I really want to focus on working out as much as possible and also get the best grades that I can get this semester, so I am going to reorganize my goals accordingly in order to fit my preferences! They will basically be the same BUT I want to weed out the ones that I think will impede me accomplishing my goals! Its just that I’m 20 years old and haven’t really accomplished that much in my life other than getting into university SO I feel it would be beneficial to focus on the MAIN goals and pursue them relentlessly until I accomplish them, then move on to my other goals. So for now I will give my 3 main goals that I would like to accomplish!

Goal #1 – attain a 4.0 sessional GPA

Goal #2 – weigh 170 lbs with 5% body fat by 2015

Goal #3 – vastly increase my social circle and make a **** ton of friends and improve my social skills (this will include approaching as many people as I can, including girls/guys whatever) – I want to do this so I can get out of my comfort zone and when I perfect approaching girls and making friends and increase my social skills then I will be able to start perfecting and refining my DJ skills!

So yeah these are the goals that I am going to focus on completely for 2014. I feel like 6 goals is too much to focus on and seeing as goal 1 and 2 are fairly difficult goals, until I achieve them I won’t add anymore. This is just how I work, less workload to me means more focus and determination and perfection for the couple goals I have! Plus I need to actually achieve something big in my life, to prove to myself that I can do it, and achieving these goals will prove it to me.

Quick update on today – worked out, met my macros, just have 1 more meal to eat, finished up my assignment, about to read a couple chapters for my lectures next week

Aight brahs, that’s it for today!

Sadly i do not have a car just yet! Ill be saving up a decent amount of money over the summer in order to get one for next year though! BUT that does not mean thats a bad thing, i do in fact take the bus to school and there are a ton of fine honeys always on my bus, so i can spark up convos with them

Inspiring post! I'm also skinny and it's hard for me to gain, just genetics wise and I don't have that much of an appetite. I share your workout goals and reading goals. I think life is a lot more fulfilling when you read good material.

I remember I fvcked up my first semester of college and had a 2.9 GPA or something like that. You can recover - my sophomore year I did way better cause I changed my major and started taking classes I was actually interested in (it didn't hurt that those classes were a little easier). I was also more strategic about my schedule. So it's doable…having study buddies helps a lot.
