Anyways, back to the point about welfare. It's no secret that the welfare system began failing when the government took it over from the church. Funny, because the government wants separation of church and state, but it wants control over all the things the church used to take care of themselves. Hmmmm. That tells me they do not want separation, they want the church eradicated. AND....once the government took it over, pretty much all accountability went right out the window.
