Got my blood checked found my Testosterone level under 300.

The doctor told me to go tell another doctor about my problems and he told me to get my testosterone fixed before I tell him about my problems.

So basically I have a doctor telling my main doctor yes I should do something about my testosterone, since I refused to do the paperwork LOL.

So last we checked I had T Levels under 300 ...

What is a good amount for a 34 year old 5'9 153 LBS South Korean to have? 350? 600? 800?

Should I ask for shots? or some kind of medication or both?

any predictions on what boosting my T levels will do for me?

Anyone else know what their T level is?

Don't get injections - I doubt your doctor would recommend that as a first line of action.

Get a gym membership and start by working out 3 times a week (m,w,f). Chest day, Leg day (must include squats for maximum test. benefts), back/biceps day. Overall, the more weight you lift with more muscles (i.e. squats work some of your largest muscles), your test. will go up.

Then work in a fourth day as ab-workout (can do this from home, theres a million videos you could watch for a routine. I just do the p90x ab ripper x workout.

Then just add in a fifth day after another week or so.

You're really taking the wrong route if you do not try to do something to naturally raise testosterone. Also while lifting, go completely nofap. You waste testosterone if you're fapping.

Don't do shots - thats a cheapout way to get it. Such a waste of money too.

Start drinking instead of tea and coffee Thymus serpyllum it's called timiyan in Chinese. It's cheap, and if you can find it growing somewhere, it's free, link. Then do this exercise, find place where your spine attaches to your skull, and with three fingers on each arm, you press on it, while at the same time taking a long breath for 15 seconds, and at the same time you contract your butt like someone is giving you a needle injection. You hold your breath for 10 seconds while contracting your behind, and then you exhale for 5 seconds. Repeat this minimum 8, maximum 20 times. This exercise activates your glands and nervous system for production of testosterone. Example at 2:15

Well those levels are far from optimal, what about your living habits like diet and sleep pattern?

What kind of problems you have that pushed to have yout T checked? do you feel physically weak and psychologically demotivated?

Lol - why would you take a shortcut like that when you can improve your body and boost your test through a change in diet and behavior.

Lazy behavior just feeds itself - you’ll be back the same levels you’re crying about if you don’t change your lifestyle

This requires a lifestyle change and a rebuild. I was there once. Now I’m up over 700. Also smokers who quit smoking will drop under 300 as well.
Basically I rebuilt my endocrine system.
At 34, you are way too young to go to shots or pellets. If you were 70 or had a medical condition then yes.

I would shoot for 900-1000 if I were you. Lifting weights with a bad diet is dumb as a post.
90% of your improvement in testosterone will come from diet.
I did it with KETO and intermittent fasting.

There is biological process and function called apoptosis. This is where your body will scavenge all your dead cells or deformed cells from your body and metabolize them or excrete them out.
This can only be done effectively with KETO and fasting. You will have to turn off some genes and turn on different genes. Relatively simple.

Fasting initiates apoptosis.
Read “Primal Blueprint” then listen to Matt Delauer’s intermittent fasting videos. I was skeptical at first. My blood tests say not to be skeptical. If anyone tells you different make them produce a blood test.

There is no other proof than the blood test. Everything else is opinion. Anecdotal stories about themselves or others is null and void without a blood test.

I need to clarify since I sound like a lazy dumbass.

I've done the whole work out and eat only paleo and be completely sober taking super good care of myself on and off, most recently like 3 or 4 years ago.

Yeah it felt good, I fvcked all weekend long and made lakes of fluids and felt like a god ..

but damn.. I just wanna take some pills and get this shyt right for the summer.

Catch 22 .. too low testosterone to do anything about having too low testosterone.

remember guys I was at like 290.

I might have a genetic problem. being only 34.

300 is low for a man your age. I'm 52 and mine is almost 700 which is average for my age. Try diet and exercise that many on this thread have suggested, that should help. If it doesn't then there are some topical ointments you can use that is better than shots. But be warned that if you start hormone replacement therapy like this, then you run the risk that your body will stop producing natural testosterone, and you will rely on ongoing treatment. But if you have a medical condition this is your only choice.

Besides diet and exercise, make sure you get plenty of sleep and cut back on alcohol consumption, if you can quit drinking altogether the better. There is also a direct correlation to high BFP and l low-T, more muscle: less fat and you should see improvement.

All I know is I paid alot of money for all this so I better be getting something.

Ok so lets say I quit drinking and smoking weed and cut all sugar and porn. I already done that before I don't think it brought my T levels above lets say .. 450.

What would happen if I took some shots and started taking some pills and go from 290 to a normal 600?

I'm all for working out and becomming the best you can be but da fawk im just in a rut.

working out is not going to bring my T levels from 290 to say.. 315 anytime soon. And if then it fluctuates based on genetics and habbits.

So I'll always be floating around 290 unless something happens.

I can't imagine what I would be like at 700 if that is "Normal" but then again I'm South Korean maybe that has something to do with it.

Imagine not giving a shyt about most things, this is how I feel 100% of the time

Going to the gym and actually COMMITTING TO IT will get you out of a rut. You're looking for an easy way out, which is understandable, but also pretty fvcking dumb, if you ask me.

Change your diet, stop smoking, eat healthy (as others have advised), and oh, GO TO THE EFFIN GYM and get on a regular lifting routine.

Yeah I know It's dumb. But It's like telling a depressed person "Get happy stupid, It's sooo easy!"

Say I start lifting and quit drinking and smoking ... I doubt my T level will suddenly jump from 300 to 400.. I will still be below the norm no matter how much I work out or eat well or take care of myself. I am genetically a soy boy.

Can you turn a soy boy into a chad by lifting weights? Or does science need to get involved?

That is the question ...

Ya'll seem to think I can get from 300 to 600 from lifting, I have my doubts

I think the only way I can get from 300 to 700 is by a doctors help.

Cant help someone who doesnt want to help themselves. I don't give a **** about depression - everyone has it - it can be defeated. And exercising is one of the best ways.

Documented cure for depression. Countless tests prove it.

i recently got my blood test done and my T level was at 320 at 44. This was after working out and IF for a few months. My diet was probably not up to snuff tho. I generally feel apathetic, tired and low sex drive. Haven't had morning wood in ages. I also want to try a shot or patch or whatever but I'm hesitant to pursue it as it can kill your possibility of having kids. So I would say seeking the medical way should be a last resort.

Test replacement makes men not fertile anymore?
