Less people than before?

Is it me, or compared to 2 years ago, the number of people posting & visiting these forums have been decreasing?

I remember there were many users who replied quickly and hung around here a lot. Now, for example, in the tips section, new threads stay there for days with very little responses. Where have all of them gone?

It just a personal observation (or optical illusion?)

Compaired to when I first joined? This place is a mad house. And it's all a bunch of newbies leading newbies. The only people that have left are the quality posters. If I were a mod and had myown way around here, I'd clean house. Half of the crap posts in the general discussion would get locked. Unfortunately Allen either doesn't give a sh1t, or doesn't know how to make decent forum rules. The only reason I stick around is out of habbit. I've found much higher quality forums elseware for pickup.

I remember a suggestions forum but suddenly disappeared. There should be something like that back again, to avoid the kind of problems with advice that you talk about then.
