As I go through my Men's Fitness they have ads for for supplments and before and after pictures. Some people went from fat to jacked in 6-12 weeks. Is there any way this could be true?

Some of the people they choose are also off season athletes. People who have substantial muscularity to begin with, but covered with a layer of padding. So in 8-12 weeks of cardio and strict dieting, they look ripped again.
