"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Summer is here for me and I have a lot of **** I need to do.

As much as I want to sit around, do nothing, and enjoy summer, I can't...CAUSE I GOT **** TO DO.

Anyways, starting is usually the hardest part of any task, so I figured I'd keep a detailed journal of my first week of summer to help keep me motivated/in line for what I need to be doing. I've been keeping a personal log/journal thing of my **** for the past 4+ months, but this thing here is going to be detailed.

So, what am I doing? Here's my weeklong schedule:
Daily Tasks
#1)Positive Affirmations
#2)Do NWM Schedule
#3)Research Schools
#4)Watch PU Vid = 10 min
#5)Workout

Medial/Everyday
Used This Chart
MB = None
S FS = 5 min
No Husky
Sleep > 8h
Eat Breakfast
Wear Retainer & Floss
Wash Face Routine 2X Daily
Eat Healthy

-------------------------

Each thing is either pass or fail, and what I update on will be focused around these things.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Day 1

I didn't really accomplish much that has to do with my tasks today, but overall I feel like the day was a success.

The day started off with me waking up at 9 to bring my car down to the mechanics. The rear strut is broken. This ended up taking like 2 hours, including the time it took my to get breakfast and bring my grandma back home. In short...a massive waste of time.

Then I took an hour nap. I was tired because I went to a party last night and didn't get that much sleep. Once again, this nap was a waste of time. I need to get back on my sleep schedule.

After my nap I went to my Internship meeting. This was actually a really good meeting because it got me motivated to start selling stuff (cause I sell stuff for my internship). Also, my mentor helped me organize my schedule for the internship (listed as "NWM Schedule" above). Basically this internship is going to be the most time consuming thing of my summer. But, it's not supervised, meaning I have to MAKE MYSELF do the work, aka have strong motivation (part of the reason I'm writing this).

After I got home from the meeting it was like 5pm. I then had to drive to my grandmas house to give her back her car. We stopped to get pizza on the way. This made me ****ing tired and caused me to waste like 2 hours on the computer in a paralysis. Because of this, I didn't do my complete what I was supposed to for my internship or anything else on my list.

BUT, what I'm proud of is that I was able to come out of my paralysis. Usually I'd be done for the night, but I've been working on my self-control and ****. So, I made myself get up and clean my room/basement and organize ALL MY STUFF for summer. By this I mean that I put everything in an orderly fashion, and I now feel like I'm properly organized to begin the summer (this includes writing this journal). Because I did this I can say that this day was a success.

So tomorrow I just have to be disciplined in starting my internship stuff. Everything else I'll do easy. I have to pick my car up from the mechanic but that should be the only distraction I'll face throughout the day.

LET'S DO IT YEAHHHH:up:

I envy you haha! We are heading in for a nasty cold, its just a few more days before it gets chilly. Make the most of it man, I especially like that goal of washing your face twice a day and that you are wearing your retainer, I wore mine for 2 years but I'm a free man now! Good luck bro, this journal will help you stay motivated!

Thanks brotha.

So overall I rate today as a failure.

I woke up 3 hours late and as a result didn't even bother starting my internship stuff. However, the day was not a complete loss. Immediately after waking up I took a shower and got ready for the day.

Then I drove to the mechanics with my grandma to pick up my car. After that we decided to go shopping for dress clothes and **** so that I'd be prepared for my internship. After a couple hours I came out with some new socks and a belt....not exactly what I was hoping for.

Anyways, we decided to get lunch after. By the time all this was over it was like 2:30. I vacuumed the house and did the rest of my chores just before my dad got home.

After this I hit my midday slump and went into another paralysis. I watched tmnt on youtube for a couple hours and then decided that I should try to make the day be at least somewhat of a success.

This motivated me to start researching schools, and I got 2 of them out of the way, only like 10 or so more to go. After this I decided to take my dog on a nice, long, spur-of-the-moment walk. Actually, I've been wanting to do this for a while because she has been looking sad lately and I haven't been able to walk her for many months.

After this I came home and ate dinner. I decided to watch some more tmnt instead of the PU Videos while my food digested...which was obviously a fail. After this I did my first workout in about 3 months. It was only a short starter workout, and I'm now ready to continue my routine for the next few months.

Let's see........after this I washed my face and did all the other little **** like S FS, and am now writing this.

Overall, my day was a failure, but I can pinpoint the reason to sleeping in/going to bed too late the night before. I think I'm mentally prepared to start my internship **** tomorrow, though I'm still a little nervous. Either way, I'm going to force myself to go to bed in about 1.5 hours from now so I don't **** tomorrow up too.

Woot!

Day 3

Epic Fail lmfao.

I didn't do my internship ****. As much as I tried to fight it, I guess i'm going to have to go into the office to get **** done. Basically I can adequately to the **** from home, but apparently I'm not at that level of motivation yet, so i'll have to go down to the office tomorrow. Once I'm at the office I'll get stuff done. Grr:cuss: .

Anyways, did a bunch of other **** today, but went to bed too late last night which is why today was ****ed up I think. Anyways, tomorrow will be better either way.

out.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

3 days of failure in a 7 day challenge? I'd say start the commitment over, you weren't taking it seriously when you began.

Day 4

True. But i'm not going to start over, and here's why. Success, just like anything, has momentum.

Although each day has been a failure, I can feel the momentum slowly increasing towards success. To prove this, today I made 6 calls and 3 appointments with my internship. At the same time however, I didn't follow the complete schedule that I'm supposed to do. BUT, I did something, which is more than the days before, and I can feel the momentum increasing more. I may continue another week, but I'm not going to re-start this entire week because while the individual days may have been failures, the overall week is a success.

Anyways, today was overall a failure. I'd say it was a failure because I didn't complete my ENTIRE internship schedule that I set up. However, like I said above I finally nutted up and did SOMETHING. So i feel good about that.

Other than that I wasted a lot of time on the computer...which I hate doing...but sometimes I just run out of things to do. This is especially true since it's summer. But BECAUSE it's summer i'm not as upset about my time wasting on the computer as I might otherwise be. This is because I pushed myself sooo hard during the semester I guess I think I deserve a little break. I know this is the wrong mentality, and I'll try to fix it.

To increase my wasting of time I hung out with some old friends and played ball. Though I wouldn't exactly consider this a waste because I'd rather waste time with actual PEOPLE - rather than the computer - so I can work on my social skills.

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... anyways that's about all. I work tomorrow so whoo ****ing hoo. K pce.

So today wasn't necessarily a success, but it wasn't a failure either. Thing is, I worked 8 hours today, so that takes up a lot of my time. I got up an hour before work (due to hanging out late with friends last night), so I didin't have time to do anything before work. Also, I found out that I have to work at 6am tomorrow. This means that I'm going to bed directly after getting off work. All in all, no time for anything because of a ****ed up work schedule :( .......

Going sarging tomorrow tho. Woot.
