"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

This journal will not be about game.

To emphasize,
This journal will not be about game.

If you want to leave and never check it again, please go ahead.

If you're reading, you are at least a little interested.

Here I will be documenting my progress toward my life goal, being a studio artist, along with side goals, like fitness and music (also I need some new clothes).

I will also document my stumbles, and distractions. By distraction I mean drugs and alcohol, for the most part.

I will post every day, probably very short posts, just saying if I worked on art and if I drank, smoked or worked out that day.

The reason I am choosing to exclude my pursuits with girls is because I want to develop a relationship with one of a few girls I know right now. I feel the best way to present an attractive personality is to have attractive life pursuits. I will hold myself accountable on things that I can control, but not things that I can't, like negative reaction from people. This will best help me attract the right people to myself.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Good luck Josh! This is by far the interesting kind of journal I've stumbled upon in High School Forum. Will make sure to keep checking in. You can do it man!

Very good!
This is a great journal!

But, don't just follow your dreams and goals for the sake of a girl, because you will be crushed when it doesn't work. Improve yourself for you, and noone else.

Today I drank 4 beers, worked out (upper body lift and basketball) and smoked weed after. Drank one more beer. Been working on art for about an hour and a half, I expect to work another one or two hours then smoke again then sleep.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I had one drink today. I did not smoke today. I did not work out today. Worked on art for about 2 hours. Because of a busy class schedule on Mondays I only made it to one meal.

At least get some supplements or nutrition bars to try and soften the blow of skipping meals when you don't have time to eat.

I just made myself a feast of raveolie, top o ramen, and chips and salsa, and deciding if i should follow it up with cereal..but i'm honestly not feeling so good lol! Don't judge, that's all the stuff i can make :nervous:

Egg & Bacon, PB&J sandwiches, milk, and the occasional tuna salad is my staple diet.

Today I ate 2 full meals, smoked just a little one time, worked out (hard, leg lifts with a lot of running and some rowing machine). Had 2 beers before working on art for 30 mins.

I should give credit to jack wealthy for pushing me to make this. I knew I didn't want another game journal but I also knew my life wasn't on the best track possible. That man knows his ****.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I'm an alcoholic.

Yesterday I had a few drinks (not enough to be drunk) did not work out, ate 2 meals and a sandwich and smoked just a little one time. Worked on art for close to 3 hours

Of course it's not good.

Yesterday I had about 4-5 drinks because everyone else was going out to a bar. I stayed in though and worked on an art project for 2-3 hours. It's about finished, 3 days early. Ate 3 meals and smoked weed.

Jesus stop putting in the minimal amount of effort in ur responses. So why don't you stop drinking...................................or try.........................that is, if it's not good................

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I just had two hours of in person counseling on this topic. At this time I'm not quitting alcohol. It will come in the future. I'm just recording my days as they happen.

I can't do anything but tell the truth. I have no excuses for drinking, but its something I do, no way around it. I'm very aware of my excesses.

Smoked today, drank 2 beers today. With my project finished, I didn't work on art today. Also did not work out, but I went to an art show opening and to a friends music show in a school coffee house. Ate plenty, about 4 meals.

Towards the end of last year I got to the point I was drinking every single day for a couple months. Quite a bit too, pretty ****ing ridiculous. Before that, it was smoking weed. Quitting was easy once I decided I wanted to.

I think to stop or cut back you just need to have a strong enough realization of why you're doing it in the first place - unless you don't have any desire to cut back, then ignore this.

It's like picking up girls and becoming confident...you have to first start with yourself, and to do this you must understand yourself..but first, you must WANT to.

This is your problem, you do not want to.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
