"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Hi all,

been lurking for a couple years but decided to make an account. I wanted to discuss something I went through that could potentially give me/and also others clarity if they faced a similar type of situation.

Back in December I banged a girl that was pursuing me and we had a great time. I told her I wanted to see her again- and she started playing games so I walked away and flipped it back into my frame. since then she texted every few weeks and decided to "keep in touch" by sending me snapchats.

Recently, I just learned through god-awful social media that the last guy she dated moved on-and they got into some sort of an argument:

so this taught me that 1) she is obviously not over her ex, 2) I was smart enough to walk away, and 3) I may have potentially kept myself from being the rebound guy.

So my question to you fellas:

once a girl is in "rebound" stage (which I'm sure she was when we hooked up), is it better to pump and dump?

I understand that women get angry when you move on but how does a DJ compete with that memory? The only solution that came to me was to pump and dump (but not ignoring her if she reaches out - just letting her initiate every single time).

I would have liked to see her again but not under these conditions.

Thoughts?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I feel the oneitis growing in you my friend. Your gut is telling you what your only viable option is "pump and dump", but oneitis is making you search for excuses. I'm not saying that you have the One disease bro, I'm saying that your doubts are a manifestation of its beginning.

I'll be honest. I haven't dated exclusively in about a decade. I usually screw around and then call it quits so I'm not sure how things are done after that point. I feel like I can get the close easily but I want to start experimenting with more "serious" dating (aka getting to know the person on a deeper level than just banging them). not sure if that makes any sense

i can catch onto things when it comes to closing but how do certain situations come into play for long game?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
