"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

In my attempt to get out of my anti-social life (I'm having success), I've been invited to go to clubs and stuff... But I don't have the minimal idea of how to dance. And I don't know how could I learn...

So, can any of you offer some advise? :p How did you learn to dance?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I like many other people here would tell you to take a class. It's a great place to meet women and you also learn how to dance.

Yeah, unfortunately, I live in a small town, where the only dance classes available are ballet. It mustn't be impossible to learn by myself, or is it?

Just find one of your friends that is a girl and get her to help you out a bit, or if there is a town close enough take dance lessons there. While you are in a new town you let go of alot of your inhibitions so it might be even better to take them in another town.

Dont be afraid to ask.

Ask a female friend who knows to help you, ask a male friend to show you, or just watch the others then make a try. If you mess it up, keep trying and joke about it. A fall is only embarassing if you run away with your tail between your legs. Get back on the horse and give it a good kick and you'll get it soon enough.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Is there any talent in grind dancing?? I don't know why I always feel awkward doing it because I really don't have any experience. Are you supposed to put your hands on the front of her legs from behind while you're grinding her?

grinding = fun and easy!

My homecoming dance was the first time I freaked, and it was absolutely simple, well the basics for the most part. Next dance, the level of freak will be tuned higher, thanks to the DJ bible of course.

You just move your hips with the girl's along with the beat, and while she rubs herself all over you, you have the opportunity to feel her out with your hands.

Example: She's grinding her butt onto your crotch. "Omg what do I do next?!" Just place your hands on her lower back and side of the butt and dance, or something.

Example: You have your arms around the girl and she's grinding on you face to face. You can put your hands on her waist, neck, thighs, w/e. I'm going to try grabbing her hands and bring them up high, and I let go as I feel her body downwards in prom. Looking forward to it already =)

Overall, the whole grinding isn't too hard. Tango and Salsa is hard, but Freak can be done simply by moving your hips, following the beat, and getting touchy-feely; many things branch out from there.

Dancing at a club is easy as pie.

The key is learning how to get as freaky as the girls. Club dancing doesn't really require that much skill. You just need to approach the girl and start dancing. Most times you will just be holding her hips and rubbing up against her. Just let your body flow. I'm not a great dancer but at clubs im just fine because all you have to do rub up against her or freak from the front. I mean you don't have to start dancing right when you get in. Learn from other guys who are already dancing.

Basically this is a question everyone asks, I asked it once upon a time myself as well. Now i could say DAFS which would probably be the most useful as there is one really good post that I remember on how to dance.

Basically though, the aim is to go out and have fun, I can dance now and people comment on it, but all it was was going out and watching people and subtly trying to copy them.

Good Luck
