"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

so my gf (or ex if you like) is coming over this week for us to say our goodbyes. basically, just have a last night together - movie, meal, sex (i hope!).

we are breaking up because we always just end back fighting and talking about breaking up.

i would like her to reconsider the breakup and want to know how i should play it when she comes over?

need some advice and i really want her to come back to me whether it be the next day or next month.

thanks.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Do you mind if i ask why you want her to come back to you if all you do is fight and talk about breaking up?

Perhaps don't break up with her or talk about breaking up if you don't want her to leave? you can't have your cake and eat it. well you can, but you know what i mean.

Our last weekend together, my ex and I had sex 8 times. The high emotions made the fvckfest amazing. It was so good, it took me a year to get over her. You have been warned.

Make sure she has an great time. Don't talk about breakup, feelings, emotions, your childhood, insecurities or crap like that. If she has a good time and you give her good sex, she will came back for more.

Never understand breakups unless it's costing you money or she's withholding sex. Just keep them on the side.

Dont do it OP. I had a planned "last night together" with an ex as well. It makes it very hard to get over them when you have emotions running high and try to tie your goodbyes into one planned interaction. It really only helped make it harder to move on from her. And the roughest part was dealing with this girl you care about cry and cry and cry despite your decision that its best for you both to part.

The sh!!t hurts dude. Nevermind the emotional intensity of goodbye sex. Just breakup without all that mess.

i appreciate it might not be the best idea, but with regards to perhaps getting her back in the future, i think it's necessary.

we may argue, but i think things could be fixed.

i'm already working on finding someone new to help with the hurt, but i really want to play this right leaving her doubting the breakup, so would appreciate tips and tricks.

This. Just turn her into a plate. Good sex without all the bull$hit in-between.

Yes, this may be easier said than done. You'll have to be okay with her seeing other dudes. But the second you two start fighting, walk out or hang up. With no commitment you aren't obligated to do $hit!

My ex left me because I was an *******, and a drunk ass, pill taker.
She came back a few days after her leaving, said "Im so horny" I said "lets ****." "no I;m on period" (chinese girl) She sucked my ****. ate my *** and left.

Then she would refuse to see me, i think because she knew we would end up ****ing.

I'm just about over it, its been almost a year.

Walk the fvck away, wether you were right or wrong, walk away.

this is great, as long as you are able to turn off your feelings for her.

My now-ex wife and I broke up for a few months in the middle of our marriage. It took her a few days to get a flight back to her country. During that time, she once called me upstairs into our bedroom in the middle of a saturday afternoon. I walked in to find her dressed up in an elaborate red lingerie outfit I had never seen and holding a whip. She said, "I've been a bad girl. I need a spanking."

And that was the only time that ever happened to me.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I agree. I know you probably have a lot you want to say and you're tempted to strategise in a rational way to win her back, but this stuff means nothing to women. It's all about how she feels.

Like Trump said, just go and have a great time and let her reconnect with you, even if it's just for the night....and then withdraw!! No heartfelt goodbyes, no crying or propositions to meet again...just leave it at that and go no contact.

If she does contact you again, just keep it very short, but acknowledge it was just one night "Yeah, I had a great time too. Glad we got to end on a high".

I did a similar thing when I broke up with my ex, except we just met for a drink and catch up and not a night together. After 2 weeks she wanted to see me again and start things up again.

Ok, so good time, orgasm, not talking about feelings etc.

I have a few girls texting me. Should I accidentally let her see this is happening? Get that hamster going a bit?

Accidentally let her see girls texting you?

Christ, it's like high school kids playing games.

So?

They are girls I'm looking to date, just I haven't progressed that far with them yet as I only just broke up with this girl. Her seeing them is not about her being jealous because a girl has sent me a text, it's about her knowing I am going to be seeing other women.

Do not memorialize anything with a "last night", that is emo beta sh1t.

Having said that, fvck her selfishly and only for you to get off then tell her to leave because you're busy.

1. She gets really offended - you win, she goes NC

2. She feels insecure like you don't give a fvck and are an alpha "athhhole" w/ options and comes crawling back when the hamster runs its course.
may do this. just heard she may have cheated.

Man don't see her again, just go NC and go out there and put more energy into hooking up with other chicks, it's as simple as that. I know that you still have feelings for her but trust me if you go out there and you focus your time and attention on the sexy, beautiful chicks you see everyday but choose to ignore then you'll get over her, but for now just go NC.

Anger just shows that you care.

By all means pump and dump (IF YOU CAN).

Indifference is your ultimate weapon.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
