I think the best advice is to be in the moment.

Don't just thrust away, you'll blow in no time. Instead, vary how deep and how fast you go. It'll help you last longer, and it'll keep her guessing.

I manage nearly three hours by simply switching between penetration and oral over and over again. But the way I do it is special... Meditation might help, I donnu why.
