It's not real. Look closely between the car's shadow and his shadow. There is a gap. That tells you that the car and him were not aligned in a straight line. He was probably couple of feet to the side of the car as it drove by. However, the way the camera is pointing, it looks like he is really jumping over the car. It probably took them couple of shoots to get it right.

Well, Kobe almost missed a lot of games with his injured leg after Byron Scott announced he is willing to rest his player for the remainder of the pre-season - http://www.dafabetsports.com/en/bas...ott-happy-rest-kobe-bryant-2015101954431.html . But now, he is expected to start today's game against Timberwolves. He just can't afford to miss many games due to injuries.
