I didn't know about the fat burning properties of Lactic Acid when I did this routine about half a year ago or more, but doing it melted nearly all the fat off my biceps and shoulders, so I went from barely any definition to looking like I had a tennis ball in my arm in like a week, maybe 2.

What I did: get in "crab-walk" position, but hold it for about 12 minutes without your butt touching the ground. If you need to, shift hand positions, but for the fiercest burn have your fingers facing forward when you do this. If you need to do it for less time because you're not used to it, go ahead. I just recently realized that it was the Lactic Acid overload that did this, so now I'm trying to do a Lactic Acid overload with my abs to burn away my gut (just started it yesterday).

If I remember right, I got some leg definition by doing the same thing with wall-sits, but not near to the intensity that I did it with "crab-stands". Never underestimate the lactic acid!

How do you burn fat from your bicep when the burn is in your thigh?

It's not, it's in my arms and shoulders. The legs are strong already from walking so why would crabwalking put any stress on them? Or crab-standing for that matter?
