“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

These are basically just high rep db rows without obsessive concern with perfect form, i guess popularized by some super strong dude Matt Kroczaleski or something who does these with like 200-300lb dbs, but who cares...

I started doing these maybe 2 months ago, and I really like them so I thought I would mention them and give a testimonial.

In that time span, the dbs gone up 5 lbs every 8 days. (i'm doing 4 workouts cycled right now)... I do 2 sets of 20.

So for example,
50x20
55x20
...
80x20

Yea it's been going up that fast and showing no signs of slowing down. I'm actually kind of shocked at how fast I was able to do my set yesterday. I could've done 5 more if i really wanted with my right arm, but i'm patient and like steady progress.

One big advantage of the lift is grip strength. I find it easier to hold the db now than i did when it was much less. Since it's high reps there's a lot of time under tension. Once in a while i have to put the db down and re-grip it, but no biggie as this becomes less and less of a need as grip strength improves. So it's really like a static hold but you're not just standing there like an idiot. From what i've read, it's supposed to be even better since you're forced to hold something while it's under motion like you would for a deadlift so it's really supposed to help with that.

It really gets me winded too. I need to get back to sled pulling.

After I do these my arms and back are torched for the next 2-3 days. Absolutely no work outs can take place in this time frame. Kroc rows are an amazing exercise for anyone wanting a bigger stronger back and arm.

Oh yeah that's what i forgot to mention.... pumped biceps afterwards. Really no point to curls or anything afterwards. My biceps are never like that after bb rows or pullups (chinups, yes, though)
