There is a saying in AA, never make a decision when you are HALT; Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired.
Sometimes you need to know when to "shut it down".
I have this very very bad. I am workaholic. i push myself and sometimes when i push myself i make decisions that when i wake up in the morning I'm like backbreaker WTF man come on you know better. It's the same thing with women.
never make decisions on how deal with women after being rejected, or make generalizations about women when you haven't had one in a while or one has gotten under your skin.
At that point it's best you shut it down and take a break from your decision making and come back when you have a clear head.
say you go out and you are hitting the mall up and trying to get numbers. you go and get shoot down by every last girl you talk to. leaving the mall you say "all women are *****s! all they care about is this this and this"
that's not your rational you talking that's your hurt ego talking. in a situation like that it's best to leave the issue alone for a few days and come back and revisit it in a more rational fashion otherwise you will have this entire caste belief system setup off emotional irrational decisions.
