a good woman costs 10k to find and you'll have to take a summer off and go to her. Once you get her, tho, she'll pay YOU 10k+ per year, for 5 years. So ,your options are :settle for dribs and drabbles, or get some student loans and go get a 10, and get paid for bringing her here.

Have to agree with this. Like anything to get something back you have to invest. She might only give you back $10k a year for 5 years but in your initial investment of 10k or whatever you'll gain a whole heap of other benefits (not from her directly) but the result of improving yourself.

He is probably referring to thongs like the cost of going out, going on dates, gym membership, clothes and so on. He is referring to LTR situation. You are not exactly going to get in LTR with the first date are you? I think he may even be referring to women of higher status who may want to go to classier places.
