"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

One thing that always happens when im with a girl for some reason my hands get cold. Yeah sounds strange right? Last nite a girl was laying down her had on my lap and i was kissing her a bit. I was moving my hand down her body and i was going for the fruit and she grabbed my hand and said my hands are cold. They don't warm up either its strange. This has stopped me many of times. Is this becuase im nervous? How do i overcome this?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Are you or your hands normally cold? If so, it could be due to bad circulation, not enough activity or a cool climate.

To make your hands warmer (from personal experience), lie down and rest, hands protected in your legs or underneath yourself. Do this for about 10 minutes or until the coldness goes away (cuddling works).

To prevent cold hands, make sure that about 20 minutes before you want them warm, to ensure that they are in a warmer climate and you get circulation going (jumping jacks, running, lifting something) to allow for the blood to warm up and to keep your hands warmer when you slow down.

Enjoy.

Go to the doctor and tell him/her your hands get really cold when you're feeling your girlfriends fruit and she doesn't like it.

:p

I reckon its just down to bad circulation mate
