"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So... I'm new here... I found the site and think it's really great. :)

So, I think you've already seen problem like mine before... but I hope you help me because it's destroing my life... I'll try to explain with my poor english.

I'm 17 year old and I just don't know how to act with women. I mean, in theory I do know, but I get so ****in nervous with them. At least 10 really amazing girls has been atracted with me but I never had courage to go there and see what's up.

To explain better, I really feel like I have some phobia. So, I end up not making any friends and not making anything I'd like to because of it. I used to play basketball, but I stopped going because the people I used to play with know a girl that wanted something with me and didn't worked... so, I avoid meeting these guys. It happend in a course that I used to do too and I found some random reason to stop the course, but I in fact know the real reason. So, everything I do now is college, but I just don't talk with the ladies because of shyness. I mean, I just try to stay at home the most time I can because of this fear that seems impossible beat.

Other point is... my biggest fear is don't know how to act with them, how to kiss them etc.

Anyway, I really hope you can help me anyway... I'll do anything I can to resolve it bacause I got so many plans for my life and I'm throwing it all away because of this ****.

Thanks. :(

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I would strongly reccomend reading everything in the DJ Bible pertaining to confidence! Back when I was in highschool I had similar issues and for quite a while I was completely on my own. What I eventually did was become friends with a few guys who went out and did stuff, and over time I learned to be quite sociable and comfortable around people. Sure I still have my moments of social ackwardness, but eventually you just gotta stop worrying about what people think of you. Just say and do what you feel like like, and you can learn how to socialize based on people's reactions to you. Sometimes I think that there are people who are naturally social and then there are people that must learn how to be, and like me you are part of the latter category. Get out there, talk to people, risk getting shot down, face your "phobia" immediately!
