It's really making me question her maturity and conflict resolution skills. She framed it as if I kicked her out forever when I simply said we need some time apart to breathe an think since we've been butting heads for so long at this point.
Come on dude, this girl is TWENTY-ONE years old and you want the maturity of Michelle Obama.

Obviously she's basically telling me to contact her even though this is happening though my gut is telling me to keep up the NC and drive her a little crazier

Anyone have any thoughts?
I love how you use words like ''barely'' and ''obviously'' to try to rationalize her behaviour and/or love for you.

In my opinion, if you are playing this many games with this girl and she won't submit to what you are asking, her sex drive is not engaged and you are bordering on low interest. Maybe call her for the concert and say 'I'd like you to come.' If she doesn't, it's getting very dicey.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I completely recolonize how needy and pushy I was being. I want to make this work. The relationship was one of if not the best I've ever been in and I don't want to throw in the towel over one squabble...especially since we vibe so well personality wise.

The game here is she seems angry at me or not contacting (after 1 night) and I know in my heart its probably better not to react but she seems to be pushing for me to contact her regardless (not that women ever say anything that makes sense on this front) I'm thinking to just continue with NC for now

I'm in a similar boat, homie. My chick is 40, though, and was acting the same way so maturity doesn't necessarily come with age.

Definitely enact the soft NC. My girl's going through some family and school stress and instead of doing my natural instinct of pressing, asking and being needy, I've been soft NC for the last three days. Man, it was rough but she's noticeably acting differently, in a good way, and coming to me gradually. She knows I'm there for her at the very least and it seems to be working as she reached out to me first after a few days of soft NC.
