"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

heyyy! an LTR question..
anyone know of some ways to keep a relationship interesting and fresh!?
and things NOT to do to burn things out quick? thanks!

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Do the same things that you did when you first started dating.

Go do things that neither of you have ever done, together. It'll be good for your relationship to experience new things as a couple.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Everyone at my job says "blinkwatt, your nuts","your so spontanoues" or "your crazy". I think it comes back to the fact that I dont wait for what I want. If I want to have fine dining,I mean very high end food I have no problem driving a hour away to eat there at that very moment. It all comes back to my mentality of getting what I want, and I dont stop till I have it.
A good idea you can do(depending on your age),is take her out of town when you two hang out. My friends and I do this all the time. If we want to go look at Ferraris,Porsches or Lambos we drive a hour away just to look at them for 30 minutes, then there is still the hour drive back. Then we cruise around the rich neighborhoods exploring unknown areas, just cruising, plain and simple.

You could find out what her favorite type of food is(Italian,Mexican etc.) and take her out to the best food spot for that type of food. Call around a nearby city/town(any place it doesnt matter) and ask them "Hey I was wondering whats the best Mexican food place around?". It will be funny to hear how people react to you asking that question even though it may be a laundry mat you called. The fact that you are going to an unknown area together is mysterious, she will like it. After dinner you could cruise the town and see what it has to offer, kinda like site seeing.

Just remember never short change yourself. Dont say "oh well its too far",its just a drive, crank the radio and cruise. Dont say "I dont know that area",who cares, expand your knowledge, meet new people. This is what will help you keep stuff fresh. By the way my grandfather(R.I.P.) did this often,he would go to Napa from Sacramento(1.5hour drive) with his girlfriend for lunch,or to buy a hobby train.

I totally agree with you blinkwatt. People are so set in their ways sometimes, its just sad. "How can you drive out of town all of a sudden like that? You have to plan and save and blah blah blah...". They get bogged down with the same routine, and never bother to question it. No wonder people are depressed more and more often nowadays.

I just have to point out though, that this is the reason being spontaneous works so well. People get bored with their lives, and then someone like you or I comes along and makes things fun again. They feed off us, since we bring uncertainty and excitement with our spontaneous nature. Always knowing what's going to happen eliminates mystery and curiosity, and those are crucial elements to have in any circumstance.

P.S: Your grandfather sounds like an awesome guy. RIP indeed.
