My boyfriend and I are in an exclusive relationship with intentions to live together. Living together was his idea and he wants to spend the rest of his life with me. He was acting strangely over the last two days and I became suspicious. I know there was a woman in the background that he was interested in but have never brought it up. Today I was very suspicious as his tone of voice and his responses to me were off. I did a horrible thing and looked at his email. He had sent an email to this other woman telling her that he wished things had worked out for them. I became very upset and did confront him. Now I feel bad for looking at the email, but I felt like I was being abused and wanted to protect myself from moving in with someone who still might be wanting to be with another woman.
