Hi All,
It's Kaizenaut here. Starting this thread/blog to document my little changes I do in my life in both female relationship and general quality of life.

A little about me, I am an Asian living in Sydney Australia for most of my life. I am turning 29 soon next week and thinking of turning in a year's time is scary. I've been a floater most of my life with no real direction.

Never really had a long time girlfriend, the first and last gf lasted 3 months. Had a booty call once this year but couldn't properly close. Little Kaizenaut wasn't performing and couldn't penetrate. I did it at the back of the car and it happened all too fast. She was Japanese and horny as h ell! She even asked me to just finger her as she was soo horny. This is my greatest moment so far in my life. It was surreal. :crazy:

This contributed partly to my low self esteem and the fact that it happened to my gf. I believe this caused the break up and other things too such as my lack of direction in life. I still liked to party at that time and have fun while she was older than me and was more of a serious person.

Goals till 30 part 1
Specifics

1. Get a six pack.
2. Reduce my approach anxiety moments
3. Get a better job
4. Develop my property

Measurements
1. Eat and cook at home 3 times a week.
2. Approach seriously hot women 7 times in a week.
3. Focus at work and send resumes once a week.
4. Paint one room of the house a month.

Attainable and realistic
Yes the above specifics and measurements are attainable and realistic within the time frame, however I will also be flexible when unexpected events pop into my life.

1. Start early - 5:30AM out of bed.
2. Take 10 min to review focus list and unfocus list.
3. Exercise - push up and sit ups
4. Healthy breakfast
5. Do the hardest task first thing in the morning.
6. Approach the most good looking chick.

went out to eat lunch at 4pm
Washed, hanged, folded, put in the wardrobe and iron clothes
Washed dishes, cook rice, throw out the garbage.

$9 bbq pork ribs with rice.

woke up at 6:50am, I didn't hear the alarm, but my dad's SMS.
feeling really hungry but don't feel like cooking.
might eat some rice with tuna in the morning.
30 push ups
30 sit up

its now 7:10am
f ucking hungry

got on the train at 8:04am all stops. feeling a bit sleepy. I'll aim maintain this good mood and the feeling of approaching new people that looks interesting every week for 28 days when I know that I don't feel like approaching, it just a state of mind and I can always change the state I am in, anytime.
need to ensure that I smell good most of the time, check bo and breath by carrying deodorant and mints.

guy next to me has breath smell.

You seem to be on a worthy path to improving your own situation. Try to get in more cardio and/or weightlifting when you can hit the gym up.

Japanese chicken katsu don with rice for dinner at 8:00pm

muscles
did run from north Sydney to wynyard. took about 30-35 mins
at about 5 mins into it I was gasping air. whole body was like radiating, body screaming, so I walked till I cooled down then run again.
repeat and rinse.

afterwards a women who had a good slow even pace went in front of me, and made me concentrate on my form and pace. I copied her form.
she was a bit older than me but I should have complimented her anyway saying that she had a good form.

I'll run again tomorrow but I'll start earlier around 5pm.
wake up earlier and get up at 5:30pm.

finished eating dinner at 8:00 pm, went to the gym at 8:30pm.
dumbbell bench press 24x 10, 28 x 10, 30 x 7
isolate chest press 20x 10, 35 x 7
cable crossover 7.5 x 10, 5.5 x 18

didn't feel lethargic which I thought I will because I ate a big meal chicken katsu with rice.

feeling good. going to go home. shower then sleep. good day.
