Met this nice girl. Everything was going fine and then she mentioned her age -> 16 (Age of consent is 18 where I live.). I told her it would be in her best interests if we don't keep in touch.

Would you have handled it any different ?

No.

Going to jail for a piece of tail is never worth it. That be placing wayyyyy to much emphasis on the woman(I guess girl) in that relationship.
